Megan Donovan is an independent management consultant. She helps executives turn their ideas into reality and works closely with entrepreneurs, academic medicine, healthcare policy and higher education leaders to shape business strategy and operational implementation. 

Before transitioning to a career in consulting, Megan held a variety of leadership positions at Wake Forest University, most notably as Director for Campaign Strategy & Operations. In this role, she worked alongside university leadership to ensure the successful completion of Wake Forest's first national, comprehensive capital campaign, Wake Will Lead, which raised more than $1.2B.

Megan has a BA in psychology from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Walt, and their two young children.
